Who is in Control?

Control is central to every family. Who is in control now, and who will be in control over your wealth in the future?

It is important for the family and its advisers to be in control of their international ownership structure especially as and when a dispute or investigation arises. It is simply not true that the only people who can take decisions are professionals; they are there to advise and implement, but are not always the best in deciding when to sell and buy and to whom to make a distribution.

There is also no reason why wishes should not be binding or the advisers who the family trusts not be in control. But to be effective, careful planning is needed which is appropriate and relevant for the times in which we are living.

In accordance with our ethos, we listen to your concerns, identify your priorities and aim, wherever possible, to save you time and money.
